DESIGNING & MEASURING
THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE

A 2-day strategy workshop for school leaders and their teams

Colourful linedrawing of Jeddah

SAUDI ARABIA, 13-14 NOVEMBER 2024

Hosted by The KAUST School (near Jeddah)

499 euros per person

Five Reasons Why This Workshop is For You

Schools are changing.

Things are different to how they were before. Today, we are dealing with a landscape of work, tackling new types of legislation, hybrid work models, different and competing expectations of what is fair and just. The entire context of the employee experience is different.

School recruitment and retention is getting harder.

The schools that will be able to recruit and retain the best teachers and staff in the future will be those that deliver the best experience to their employees.

The way people work together impacts the experience they deliver to students and families.

There is plenty of evidence to show that the best way for an organisation to deliver results is to spend time making people feel recognised, connected, valued and heard.

We leave way too much to chance.

There's a difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. A great hotel has thought about the experience of guests from A-Z. We would do well to learn how to do this for people who work for us.

Traditional surveys don't work any more.

It's time we stopped using surveys that don't lead to meaningful change, opting instead for those that explore whether time at work is time well spent.

Psst

In addition to all of the other fabulous resources and training materials that will be shared with participants, this event will see the launch of a brand new [YC] tool: The Periodic Table of School Employee Experience™. We can't wait to share

this unique resource with you!

BONUS Reason: It's a chance to meet colleagues from around the world, share ideas, offer support and encouragement, and build your network. We really are better, together!
